Exhibition

The IMC 17 will have a 2,260 square meters exhibition area holding up to 100 booths measuring 3x3 meters each. For 2010 it is projected a larger infrastructure. Exhibitors could plan at organizing a larger booth space that incorporates several modules as they will be informed about the structure of the exhibition hall one year in advance and also will be aware about the final position and design of their booth six months prior to the event. Exhibitors will have 3 days in advance (September 16th – 18th) for equipment setup and 1 ½ day (September 25th - 26th) for dismantling.

Other Information

• The elevators have capacity of load of 1,000kg, and the dimensions are: width: 1,48m/ depth 1,40m / height (Max) 2,20m / it carries: 1,40 x 2,08.
• The exhibition area is supplied with tension 380 V triphase / 220 V monophase.
• A special briefing will be available for exhibitors.
