Special events will include:

• IFSM Pre-Congress School
• IFSM presidential symposium
• Pre and Post-Congress satellite workshops.

In addition, workshops and courses in the different topics and levels are already a long tradition of the microscopy community.

Together with IFSM, SBMM and partner companies, IMC17 and local microscopy centers and laboratories will be offering a range of fundamental and practical hands-on courses. Scholarships will be offered to young investigators.
